Sarah is a partner in Kearney’s Aerospace and Defense Practice. With more than 15 years of experience across the Middle East, she works predominantly with military, police, intelligence authorities, and industry companies.

She specializes in defense and security education and is a recognized thought leader in the industry, contributing to the knowledge agenda of the broader defense ecosystem. She develops first-class education programs, from designing and redesigning ab-initio education to delivering specialized training curricula, including induction or service-specific training and advanced degree programs. Sarah works closely with clients to advance their reputations and strategic priorities in specific areas, including improving the education life cycle of defense and security forces. When it comes to defense as a specialty, she says, “I love the structure of it, the discipline, the rigor, the mission. I think it’s just a great place to be.”

Additionally, Sarah spearheads efforts to build world-class event platforms and knowledge-focused events, driving end-to-end strategy and implementation, setting content frameworks, identifying the right speakers, and managing on-the-ground execution teams. Her favorite type of projects are ones where her clients want to go big and bold. “There’s something very exciting about ambitious projects, when you get a client who says, ‘We want to build the biggest conference and have the most interesting topics and bring the best speakers.’”

Before pivoting to consulting, Sarah began her career in finance. “It’s the path to hard and fast growth, which I like.” She enjoys working at Kearney for a variety of reasons: “It operates like a big corporate entity, but it has a family and an entrepreneurial vibe, with plenty of opportunities. You get structure, but what you do with it is up to you.”

Sarah leads Kearney’s Women in Aerospace, Defense, and Security network, which convenes women and men from the defense industry, military, government, and academia. The network provides a community for women to connect with peers, share knowledge and experiences, and advance their careers. In her off time, she enjoys being outside in nature, hiking, reading, and attending intimate gatherings with close friends.
