Program details and benefits
Ruwwad is a 12-month graduate program that can lead to a successful consulting career at Kearney in the United Arab Emirates or Saudi Arabia.
The program is for university graduates and young professionals with less than a year of experience and strong academic and extracurricular performance.
You’ll develop strategic and analytical skills working on international project teams while making an impact in the region.
Your success is our success. By preparing you to become an excellent consultant, we also help you become a future leader of Kearney and consulting in your country and beyond.
Experiential learning
Take part in real-life problem-solving as you’re staffed on rotating projects, exposed to a range of industries and topics, and travel across the Middle East. The experience will empower you to navigate the region’s professional environments in consulting and beyond.
Formal training
Benefit from continuous learning, starting with training in essential consulting skills and the foundations of the job. You will also be eligible for other training opportunities abroad, meeting and learning with colleagues from various levels in the firm.
Coaching and networking
We invest in our people and their talent. Ruwwad Kearney analysts receive on-project coaching and firm-wide mentorship. Attend exclusive networking events that will connect you with Kearney colleagues across projects and practices so you always have support. This skill-building and networking will be keys to your success in the program, your Kearney journey, and your career.
Performance reviews
Receive regular performance reviews (just like all Kearney consultants) throughout your Ruwwad year to ensure your tailored development and growth. Your mentor will guide you in setting and achieving professional goals through multiple assignments. If you excel, there is the opportunity to be fast-tracked within six months.
