Application process 

The Kearney Ruwwad UAE program accepts applications throughout the year. 

After you apply, our evaluation team will review your application and respond promptly. The process typically takes eight to nine weeks. We strive to communicate quickly and kindly ask for your patience.  

Frequently asked questions

Can I apply if I am still a student or already have some work experience?

 

The Kearney Ruwwad UAE program is designed for students about to graduate who are interested in management consulting careers. We encourage you to apply right before or after graduation. We also welcome recent grads who have less than 12 months of experience. If you have more, we urge you to explore our business analyst positions.

Is this an internship program or something more?


 

Far more inclusive and comprehensive than an internship, the Kearney Ruwwad UAE program is full time. Participants are Ruwwad analysts who can be promoted to Kearney business analysts upon program completion.

What will I need to provide in order to apply?


 

Please complete the application form and include your CV, a cover letter, university transcripts, and a copy of your Emirates ID.

Is grade point average an important part of the application process?


 

When we assess your application, Kearney will consider your GPA along with many other factors, including the university you attended, your major, other classes you took, and written recommendations.

This is the first time I will interview for a national program or position. How can I hone my interview skills?


 

We want you to feel confident and perform at your best. To learn business-level interviewing skills, we offer screened candidates online interview coaching and a non-evaluative mock interview so that you can practice your new skills before the real interview occurs.

If I am accepted, will I work solely from a Kearney office in the UAE, or will I travel, too?


 

A distinct advantage of the Kearney Ruwwad UAE program is the opportunity to work in Kearney offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi as well as travel for potential meetings, work sessions, and networking and training events across the GCC region and elsewhere in the world. In the process, you will meet and work with Kearney colleagues with various levels of experience and backgrounds, including other young peers from around the world.
